Overview

Join the fourth virtual Workforce Development Week, October 6 to 8, to access Kaiser Permanente’s career resources in one place.

Attend live and on-demand sessions. Engage in activities for prizes. Explore short sessions — 5 minutes or less — for every stage of your career.

At the event, you can:

  • Explore career paths.
  • Connect with mentors and colleagues.
  • Build in-demand skills.
  • Find practical tips and tools.
  • View success stories and vote for the EPIC Awards.
  • Learn about tuition reimbursement and education trusts.

The event is open to all employees. It’s hosted by National Workforce Planning and Development. It’s sponsored by Kaiser Permanente, the Alliance of Health Care Unions, and the Coalition of Kaiser Permanente Unions.

Host a watch party with your team or colleagues. Attend as your duties allow and access recorded sessions.

Workforce Development Week encourages learning, growth, and engagement. The leaderboard gamifies the experience.

How it works

  • Learning Paths: Earn 25 points for each completed session
  • Skill Boosts: Score 50 points for each completed session
  • Live Events: Earn 50 points for each live session
  • Survey: Complete the feedback survey for another 50 points

The more you learn, the more points you earn — and the higher you climb! Collect badges and compete for prizes. The leaderboard is open through April 26. See rules.
