Simone Stolzoff is an author and journalist who explores big questions about work, meaning, and identity. A former design lead at the global innovation firm IDEO, he is the author of 2 bestselling books: The Good Enough Job and How to Not Know. His work has been featured in The New York Times, The Atlantic, The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, and on the TED stage.

Kevin Christensen comes to the Coalition of Kaiser Permanente Unions as an experienced capacity builder, campaigner, and strategist. He has decades of experience working with unions, workers, and community organizations across economic, climate, and social justice movements.
His work spans industries including health care, education, entertainment, transportation, agriculture, and renewable energy. He has focused on developing campaigns, strategies, and narratives that build power and advance shared goals.
He previously served in senior roles with the California Labor Federation, the National AFL-CIO Organizing Department, and SEIU. He has supported unions and community organizations including SEIU, the American Federation of Musicians, National Employment Law Project, Climate Justice Alliance, and the University of California. He brings deep experience in strategic planning, organizing, campaign development, leadership coaching, and building the capacity needed to turn shared goals into outcomes.
